一、建立属于教师自己的教学理念,并且提高有效性每一个教师都应该有属于自己的教学理念,并且始终坚持,不断完善。好的教学理念能带给学生们很多帮助,也能在一定程度上激发他们的学习兴趣。这是每一个优秀的教师都应该具备的,同时每一个教师都应该努力提高自己的素养。(一)学生对于数学的认识教师应该引导学生对于数学有一定的认识,并且是一个正确的认识,其实这也是教学要求的一部分。这一个正确的认识包括将数学与我们生活中的一些现实相联系起
