本文首先分析企业核心竞争力的基本内涵,其次探讨了加强企业财务管理对建筑企业核心竞争力提升的重要意义,即加强企业财务管理是建筑企业积极应对市场冲击的有效方法,是建筑企业提高经济效益的现实选择,是建筑企业建立现代企业制度的根本要求,是建筑企业提升核心竞争力的重要途径。最后提出了基于财务管理的建筑企业核心竞争力提升对策举措:树立核心竞争力意识,全面强化预算管理;建立标准化财务管理制度;建立规范的现代企业制度。
This paper first analyzes the basic connotation of the core competitiveness of enterprises, and secondly discusses the importance of strengthening the financial management of enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness of construction enterprises, that is, strengthening financial management of enterprises is an effective way for construction enterprises to actively respond to market impact, The practical choice of efficiency is the fundamental requirement of construction enterprises to establish a modern enterprise system and an important way for construction enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness. At last, it puts forward some measures to enhance the core competitiveness of construction enterprises based on financial management: to establish the awareness of core competence, to strengthen the budget management in an all-round way; to establish a standardized financial management system; to establish a standardized modern enterprise system.
