为了了解中国幼儿外耳道声学共振特性的发育规律,并与欧美幼儿的数据作比较,藉以探讨欧美流行的小儿助听器处方选配公式是否可直接移植到中国幼儿身上,对45名学龄前幼儿,在真耳分析仪允许的声场条件下,测试儿童外耳道的声学共振特性。同步设置16名成人对照。结果表明中国成人与儿童的共振峰频率存在显著性差异;随年龄增长,小儿的外耳道共振峰频率移向低频(由4589Hz至3550Hz);中国儿童外耳道声学特性与欧美儿童不同,各年龄段的共振峰频率与欧美报道的结果均有显著性差异。应用国外开发的小儿助听器验配处方公式时,应采用儿童个体的真耳测量数据。
In order to understand the developmental rules of acoustic resonance characteristics of the external auditory canal of young children in China and compare them with the data of young children in Europe and the United States to explore whether the prescribing formula of pediatric hearing aid popular in Europe and the United States can be directly transplanted to Chinese children, Ear analyzer allows the sound field conditions, the test of children’s acoustic properties of the external auditory canal. Set 16 adult controls simultaneously. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the frequency of formant between adults and children in China. With the increase of age, the frequency of the external auditory meatus resonance peak shifted to low frequency (from 4589 Hz to 3550 Hz). The acoustic characteristics of external auditory canal of children in China were different from those in Europe and America. Resonance Peak frequency and the results reported in Europe and the United States have significant differences. The application of foreign developed children’s hearing aids prescription formula should be used in children’s individual ear measurement data.
