利用植物组织培养手段快速繁殖苗木,不仅可解决稀有、名贵品种奇缺的问题,而且为脱毒苗的工厂化生产奠定了基础。但由于试管苗存在着生根难和移栽难等问题,在生产上的应用受到了一定的限制。我们在实践中发现,移栽的试管苗,其原有的根系不仅生长缓慢,而且50%左右不能形成正常的根系。近几年来,我们结合试管苗的繁殖,做了试管苗扦插试验,现将试管苗扦插技术介绍如下:
