文章介绍了一种基于C8051F411和压力、温度传感器的在线式SF6气体密度传感器的设计方案。详细讨论了SF6气体密度与温度、压力的关系,并给出了相应的硬件测量电路和部分软件实现。采用模数混合处理的8051核的C8051F411芯片,充分发挥了其强大的数字信号和模拟信号处理能力,速度快,精度高。另外,丰富的片内资源有效地简化了设计的复杂性,增强了系统的电磁兼容性,降低了设计成本,从而使得该方案具有较好的应用前景。
This paper introduces a design scheme of on-line SF6 gas density sensor based on C8051F411 and pressure and temperature sensors. The relationship between SF6 gas density and temperature and pressure is discussed in detail, and the corresponding hardware measurement circuit and some software are given. The 8051-core C8051F411 chip with mixed analog-to-digital processing gives full play to its powerful digital and analog signal processing capabilities with high speed and precision. In addition, abundant on-chip resources effectively simplify the design complexity, enhance the system’s electromagnetic compatibility and reduce the design cost, so that the solution has better application prospect.
