目的探讨半导体激光治疗声带良性病变的手术配合。方法采用DIOMED半导体激光接触式和非接触式工作模式及连续或脉冲输出,对60例声带良性病变患者进行治疗。结果对声带微小良性病变(<1mm)采用非接触式单脉冲、12W输出;中等大小病变(1~3mm)采用接触式连续、5W输出;较大病变(>3mm),先采用非接触式连续、10W输出,继采用接触式连续、5W输出进行治疗。总有效率为:声带小结96%;声带息肉97%;乳头状瘤84%;声带白斑100%。结论DIOMED半导体激光多种工作参数的选择可针对不同病变及其范围的声带良性病变进行有效治疗。
Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of benign vocal cord lesions by semiconductor laser. Methods Sixty patients with benign vocal cord lesions were treated with DIOMED semiconductor laser contact and non-contact mode and continuous or pulse output. Results Non-contact single-pulse, 12W output was used for the minimal benign vocal cord lesion (<1mm); contact continuous, 5W output was used for medium-sized lesion (1-3mm); non-contact continuous , 10W output, following the use of continuous contact, 5W output for treatment. The total efficiency of: vocal nodules 96%; vocal cord polyps 97%; papilloma 84%; vocal cord white 100%. Conclusion The choice of various operating parameters for DIOMED semiconductor lasers can be effectively treated for benign and malignant vocal folds in different lesions and areas.
