设备冷却水系统(RRI)是核电厂重要辅助系统,其用户覆盖核岛及核电厂的外围设施系统(BOP),在正常运行工况和各种事故运行工况下均必须确保运行稳定。因此,在RRI的调试中必须对其相关设备性能和逻辑功能逐一验证。本文对RRI的波动箱试验、电动泵试验、流量调整试验、自动列间切换试验过程中出现的问题进行分析判断,重点分析流量分配方法及计算扩孔数据的方法和流量孔板装反影响流量的机理,并提出解决途径。
Equipment cooling water system (RRI) is an important auxiliary system for nuclear power plants. Its users cover the nuclear island and nuclear power plant’s Peripheral Facilities System (BOP) and must ensure stable operation under normal operating conditions and various accident operating conditions. Therefore, in the RRI debugging must verify its related equipment performance and logic functions one by one. In this paper, we analyze and judge the problems that occur in the RRI’s fluctuation tank test, electric pump test, flow rate adjustment test and automatic inter-row switchover test, focusing on analyzing the method of flow distribution and calculating the method of expanding the borehole data, The mechanism and put forward the solution.
