Using Visual C + +6.0 programming tools, using orthogonal regression method developed milling force test data processing software. The software has been interfaced with the computer-aided cutting force test system developed by the author earlier and has been applied to the comparison of the milling forces of the as-cast aluminum alloy materials ZL1 0 6 and DFL -1 to realize the real-time test data processing and the direct output test report
