哈尔滨至大连电气化铁道高压供电系统的额定电压为 2 2 0 k V,王岗牵引变电站进线采用两相 2 2 0 k V交联聚乙烯 (XL PE)电缆与架空线联合供电方式。这样的供电方式国内没有先例 ,缺乏设计规范。为了正确选择XL PE电缆的绝缘水平 ,对过电压进行了仿真计算。计算结果表明 ,最大操作过电压达到 4 5 8k V,最大雷电过电压达到了 1349k V,必须采取有效的保护措施才能选择适当的电缆。参照国内外有关标准和文献 ,设计了采用独立避雷针、减小铁塔接地电阻、增加氧化锌避雷器等综合保护措施的方案 ,在此基础上提出了 XL PE电缆及其附件的绝缘配合意见。
Harbin to Dalian electric railway high-voltage power supply system rated voltage of 220kv, Wanggang traction substation into the line using two-phase 220kv XLPE cables and overhead lines combined power supply. There is no precedent for such power supply in China, the lack of design specifications. In order to correctly choose the insulation level of XLPE cable, overvoltage is simulated. The calculation results show that the maximum operating overvoltage reaches 458kV and the maximum overvoltage of lightning reaches 1349kV. Therefore, effective protection measures must be taken to select the appropriate cable. According to the relevant standards and documents at home and abroad, the scheme of using integrated lightning protection pin, reducing the grounding resistance of the tower and increasing the zinc oxide surge arrester was designed. Based on this, the insulation matching opinion of XLPE cable and its accessories was put forward.
