在深化改革中关注民生问题——新疆维吾尔自治区人社厅副厅长杨勇谈劳动工资改革

在当下正在进行的全面深化改革中,就业、社会保障以及工资收入分配等是群众最关注的民生问题。对此,近日笔者采访了新疆维吾尔自治区人社厅党组副书记、副厅长杨勇,对新疆改革中涉及的这些内容进行了解读。杨勇介绍,按照自治区党委关于社会体制改革的任务分工,涉及自治区人社厅牵头的改革任务有14项,主要涉及促进就业、社会保障、收入分配和劳动关系4个方面。

In the ongoing deepening reform, employment, social security and the distribution of wages and income are the most important livelihood issues for the masses. In response, I recently interviewed Yang Yong, deputy party secretary and deputy director of the People’s Social Welfare Bureau of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and explained these issues involved in the reform of Xinjiang. According to Yang Yong, in accordance with the task division of the Party Committee of the autonomous region on the social system reform, there are 14 reform tasks led by the people’s court office in the autonomous region, which mainly involves four aspects: promotion of employment, social security, income distribution and labor relations.
