采用微波消解-碰撞/反应池(ORS)电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)分析方法,测定南极磷虾不同部位中Na,K,Mg,Ca,Fe,Se,Mo等20种元素的含量,并分析静水解冻和空气解冻的南极磷虾中元素含量的差异。结果表明,南极磷虾不同部位同一种元素的含量有显著差异;解冻方式对南极磷虾中元素含量有明显影响,不同解冻方式处理的南极磷虾中同一元素的含量也各不相同。南极磷虾中Na,K,Ca和Mg的含量均比较高,空气解冻的南极磷虾中Na和K含量高于静水解冻的南极磷虾,而Ca和Mg的含量低于静水解冻的南极磷虾。B,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn和Se的含量较高,且不同部位、不同解冻方式这6种元素含量差别较大,V,Co,Ni,Mo和Sb元素的含量差别不大,Cr,Cd和Pb的含量均很低。
The contents of 20 elements of Na, K, Mg, Ca, Fe, Se and Mo in different parts of Antarctic krill were determined by microwave digestion-collision / reaction cell (ICP-MS) Content, and analysis of hydrostatic thawing and air thawing Antarctic krill differences in elemental content. The contents of B, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn and Se are high, and the content of V, Co, Ni, Mo and Sb are quite different among different parts and different thawing ways. The content of Cd and Pb are very low.
