为研究开角型青光眼眼部血流动力学的变化,对原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)14例、正常眼压性青光眼(NTG)11例及正常对照组15例测量眼动脉、视网膜中央动脉、睫后动脉的收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、阻力指数(RI)。结果显示:(1)POAG组、NTG组与正常组比较,双眼视网膜中央动脉PSV、EDV均值减低,m均值升高(均P<0.05);(2)POAG组双眼睫后动脉EDV均值较正常组减低,m均值升高(均P<0.05);NTG组双眼睫后动脉EDV均值减低,左眼睫后动脉PSV减低(均P<0.05);(3)POAG组、NTG组眼动脉血流参数与正常组比较无显著性差异(均P>0.05);(4)POAG组与NTG组间无显著性差异(均P>0.05)。提示开角型青光眼视神经盘血流速度减低。
In order to study the changes of ocular hemodynamics in open angle glaucoma, 14 cases of primary open angle glaucoma (POAG), 11 cases of normal tension glaucoma (NTG) and 15 cases of normal control group were enrolled in the study. The central artery, ciliary artery peak systolic velocity (PSV), end-diastolic velocity (EDV), resistance index (RI). The results showed that: (1) Compared with the normal control group, POAG group and NTG group decreased mean of PSV and EDV in central retinal artery and increased m mean (both P <0.05); (2) (P <0.05); (3) In the POAG group and the NTG group, the mean arterial blood flow of the ophthalmic artery in the POAG group and the NTG group were significantly lower than those in the NTG group There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). (4) There was no significant difference between POAG group and NTG group (all P> 0.05). Tip open-angle glaucomatopontal disc blood flow velocity decreased.
