十月间,中国戏曲学院实验京剧团在辽宁省沈阳市演出了根据姚雪垠的小说《李自成》改编的京剧《玉笛恨》,引起了社会上的关注。省文化局和剧协分会约请文艺界、学术界、新闻界的专家、学者三十多人,对这出戏展开了热烈的讨论。与会者一致认为,《玉笛恨》的演出,严肃认真、一丝不苟,配合默契,完整和谐,做到了“全戏一棵菜”。大家还表示:看到这样一个阵容整齐、演员条件优越的剧团,感到无比振奋。他们认为有了这样的接班人,京剧就不会有危机,就能继续发扬光大。许多同志就这出戏的思想内容和艺术形式进行了探讨。大家认为:这出戏通过描写李自成为拉拢
In October, the experimental Beijing Opera Troupe of the Chinese Opera Academy performed the opera “Yudhoyan” based on Yao Xueyin’s novel Li Zicheng in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, arousing public concern. Provincial Cultural Bureau and the Association of Drama Association invited literary and art circles, academia, the press of experts and scholars over 30 people, the play opened a lively discussion. Attendees agreed that the performance of “Yu Di Hated,” was serious, meticulous, with the tacit understanding, complete harmony, and achieved “a show of the whole show.” We also said: I was extremely excited to see such a theater company with a good line-up and an excellent actor.
