语言的国际化交流互动已遍及国内的主要区域,边远落后地方尤其是闭塞的区域也逐渐受到了异域文化的影响。文化需要相互碰撞与交流才能共建良好的文化环境与氛围。教育性对接活动尤其是师范英语教育对接对于四川老凉山等山区的小学教育发展有着不可或缺的作用,其符合国家教育部对我国文化大发展大繁荣的指导性要求。
The international exchange and interaction of languages has spread all over the major regions in China. The remote and backward areas, especially the occluded areas, have also been gradually influenced by the exotic culture. Culture needs to collide and communicate with each other to build a good cultural environment and atmosphere. Educational docking activities, especially the normal English teaching docking, have an indispensable function for the primary education development in the mountains such as Laoliang in Sichuan Province. They are in line with the guiding requirements of the Ministry of Education for the great development and prosperity of Chinese culture.
