甲状腺功能可用多种体外及体内试验进行测定,但各有优缺点。本文重点讨论对颈动脉显影后30秒所获得的甲状腺血管造影进行单纯视力观察的重要性。材料与方法:对~(99m)Tc过锝酸盐扫描者常规进行甲状腺放射性核素血管造影。过锝酸盐静脉注射后,病人卧于有聚焦型准直器的Anger照相机前,以每2秒1帧的速率进行血管造影。20分钟后,用带针孔准直器的Anger照相机进行静态显象。33例甲状腺机能亢进系根据临床表现、体外生化及放射性碘摄取试验确诊,其中24例为弥漫性增生性毒性甲状腺肿(Graves病),其余为毒性甲状腺结节(Plummer病)。另有33例甲状腺机能正常者作对照。对颈动脉显示后头30秒的血管造影图进行评价,
Thyroid function can be measured with a variety of in vitro and in vivo tests, but each has its own advantages and disadvantages. This article focuses on the importance of simple visual acuity of thyroid angiography obtained 30 seconds after carotid imaging. Materials and Methods: Conventional thyroid radionuclide angiography was performed on ~ (99m) Tc percyanate scanners. Pertecanate intravenous injection, the patient was lying in front of the Anger camera with a focusing collimator at a rate of 1 frame every 2 seconds for angiography. After 20 minutes, static images were made using an Anger camera with a pinhole collimator. Thirty-three cases of hyperthyroidism were diagnosed on the basis of clinical manifestations, in vitro biochemical and radioactive iodine uptake tests, of which 24 were Graves’ disease, and the rest were toxic thyroid nodules (Plummer’s disease).
