目的分析血清尿酸水平变化与急性脑梗死疾病的相关性。方法选择患有轻度、中度、重度急性脑梗死疾病的患者各55例分别作为A组、B组、C组,另选取同期接受体检的健康志愿者55例作为对照组。比较各组研究对象的血清尿酸水平及水平异常人数,并分析血清尿酸水平变化与急性脑梗死疾病的相关性。结果 A、B、C组患者血清尿酸水平及水平异常人数比例均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),B、C组患者血清尿酸水平及水平异常人数比例均高于A组,而C组高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经线性Logistic回归分析发现,血清尿酸是急性脑梗死患者动脉粥样硬化斑块的独立危险因素,其中OR=1.2541,95%CI:0.9674~1.154,P=0.0014。结论急性脑梗死的发病会导致患者血清尿酸水平异常升高,且随着病情的不断加重还会持续升高。
Objective To analyze the correlation between serum uric acid level and acute cerebral infarction. Methods Fifty-five patients with mild, moderate and severe acute cerebral infarction were selected as group A, group B and group C, respectively. Another 55 healthy volunteers were selected as control group. The level of serum uric acid and the number of abnormalities in each group were compared. The correlation between serum uric acid level and acute cerebral infarction was analyzed. Results The serum levels of uric acid and the levels of abnormal uteri in A, B and C patients were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of serum uric acid and abnormalities in patients in groups B and C were higher than those in A Group, while group C was higher than group B, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that serum uric acid was an independent risk factor for atherosclerotic plaque in patients with acute cerebral infarction. OR = 1.2541, 95% CI: 0.9674-1.1554, P = 0.0014. Conclusion The onset of acute cerebral infarction can lead to the abnormal increase of serum uric acid in patients, and will continue to increase as the condition continues to worsen.
