高校教育的目的是为了培养人才,使其能够在未来职业生涯中获得较好的发展。只有具有自主学习能力的学生,才能在终生学习过程中得到发展。但是,在大学生英语自主学习的过程中,教师不再是传统的知识传授者的角色,而需要有一定的转变。文章首先具体阐述了大学生英语自主学习中教师对于自身角色认知的问题,然后针对性地提出了大学生英语自主学习中教师的角色转换。
The purpose of college education is to train personnel so that they can achieve better development in their future careers. Only students with autonomous learning ability can develop during lifelong learning. However, in the process of college English self-learning, teachers are no longer the traditional role of the teacher of knowledge, and need some changes. Firstly, the article elaborates on the teachers ’cognition of their own roles in the English autonomous learning of college students, and then puts forward the change of the role of teachers in college students’ autonomous English learning.
