适应建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的要求,电网建设和发展必须节约用地。土地是我国建设和经济发展的重要基础资源,目前电网建设与土地利用之间存在诸多矛盾,亟须建立有效的激励机制,在保证电网建设合理用地的前提下,鼓励节约土地资源。通过总结分析当前电网工程土地利用现状及存在的问题,结合电网建设用地的特点,对电网企业和政府提出了促进电网建设与节约土地资源的对策建议。
Adapt to the requirements of building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society, we must save land for the construction and development of power grids. Land is an important basic resource for China’s construction and economic development. At present, there are many contradictions between power grid construction and land use, and an effective incentive mechanism is urgently needed. Land resources should be encouraged under the premise of ensuring a rational land use for power grid construction. By summarizing and analyzing the current situation and existing problems of land utilization in power grid project and combining with the characteristics of power grid construction land, some suggestions are put forward for power grid enterprises and government to promote grid construction and save land resources.
