苏霍姆林斯基曾经说过:“一个好老师意味着什么?首先意味着他是这样一个人,他热爱孩子,感到和孩子在一起交往是一种乐趣,相信每个孩子都能成为好人,善于跟他们交朋友,关心孩子的快乐和悲伤,了解孩子的心灵。”当然,学生也渴望能在一个充满爱、和谐愉快的环境中成长,顽劣的孩子得到爱的感动,他的行为可以逐步改善;自卑的学生得到爱的抚摸,信心可以逐渐树立;懵懂的孩子得到爱的滋润,智慧可以逐渐得到开发;落后的学生得到爱的鼓励,他的表现可以得到进步。在十几年的教学生涯中笔者对此有一些深刻的体会。

In more than ten years of teaching career I have some profound understanding of this.
