中国国民经济的社会主义领导形式,为各个部门的技术革新创造了条件,并且保障了广泛的革新范围。劳动人民在社会主义建设事业中的巨大劳动热情,大大有助于这项任务的完成。中国共产党第八次代表大会就不断改善劳动人民物质状况所拟定的最重要措施之一,就是要在第一个五年计划期末完成将近500个大型工业企业项目的施工。这项巨大的任务,只有在采用新技术的基础上才能解决。
The socialist leadership form of the national economy in China has created the conditions for technological innovation in all sectors and has guaranteed a wide range of reforms. The great labor enthusiasm of working people in the cause of socialist construction has greatly contributed to the completion of this task. One of the most important measures drafted by the Eighth CPC Congress to continuously improve the material conditions of the working people is to complete the construction of nearly 500 large-scale industrial enterprises by the end of the first five-year plan. This enormous task can only be solved on the basis of adopting new technologies.
