新生代农民工是农民群体、工人群体和青年群体结合的特殊弱势群体。在当前市场经济转型时期,其要市民化将面临许多新的问题和困难,急需法律制度为其提供相对稳定的保障。本文结合当前社会背景,探讨新生代农民工法律保障的实效路径,以期有助于国家相关主体积极推进这一群体发挥生力军的作用。
The new generation of migrant workers is a peasant group, workers and youth groups combined with the special vulnerable groups. In the current period of market economy restructuring, it will face many new problems and difficulties when it comes to urbanization and urgently needs the legal system to provide it with relatively stable protection. Combining with the current social background, this paper explores the effective ways of legal protection for the new generation of migrant workers in order to help the relevant state agencies to actively promote this group play a vital role.
