目的:为了了解吉林省延边地区流行的麻疹野病毒的基因型别,探讨控制麻疹发生的措施。方法:在2004年11月至2008年6月采集本地区麻疹暴发和散发病人的咽喉拭子共103份,用CDW150细胞分离到麻疹病毒17株。用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)从麻疹病毒中扩增出核蛋白(N)基因羧基端450个核苷酸片段,进行核苷酸序列分析和基因分型。结果:17株麻疹病毒均属H1基因型中H1a亚型。结论:H1基因型是吉林省延边地区麻疹病毒的优势流行株,是导致吉林省延边地区麻疹局部暴发和散发的主要病原体。
Objective: To understand the genotypes of wild measles virus in Yanbian area of Jilin Province and to explore the measures to control the occurrence of measles. Methods: From November 2004 to June 2008, a total of 103 throat swabs were collected from measles cases in our country. 17 measles viruses were isolated from CDW150 cells. Nucleotide 450 nucleotides fragment of nucleoprotein (N) gene was amplified from the measles virus by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), and the nucleotide sequence and genotyping were performed. Results: The 17 measles viruses belong to the H1 subtype H1a. Conclusion: The H1 genotype is the prevalent epidemic strain of measles virus in Yanbian area of Jilin Province, and is the main pathogen causing local outbreak and spread of measles in Yanbian area of Jilin Province.
