我厂小型轧钢车间为Φ360 ×2/Φ250×5横列式布置,主要生产小型园钢、螺纹钢、扁钢和角钢等型材。近几年来,为提高产品成材率采取了不少措施,但始终徘徊在95.5%左右。自1985年年初进行负偏差试轧到五月份成批生产以来,成材率得到了较大幅度的提高。 我们对生产批量大的12毫米和14毫米的园钢、螺纹钢采取了负偏差轧制,共轧制了6342.92吨,节约钢材135.26吨,成材率平均增加2.05%,增加纯利润21.6万元。
