履行企业社会责任非常重要。履行企业社会责任应成为企业的自觉行为,不管要求与否、监督与否,对社会有利的事情要多做、对员工有利的事情要多做。我认为,要使履行社会责任成为企业的自觉行为有两点很重要:
Fulfilling corporate social responsibility is very important. Performing corporate social responsibility should be a conscious act of the enterprise. Whether it is required or not, supervision or not, more should be done in the interests of the community and more should be done to benefit the employees. I think it is very important to make the social responsibility fulfill the conscious act of the enterprise:
