1 前言用轧制工艺代替模锻工艺生产异型叶片,大大提高金属利用率,缩短叶片加工周期,填补了我国钢材品种的一项空白。优化设计的孔型系统,采用四道次成型工艺,去掉K2、K6二道孔型,延伸道次在箱型孔采用预备方造型孔。该孔型系统满足了轧制快速变形的需要,保证了产品型线、尺寸要求,方便了工人操作,实现了稳定高产,是一个优化的异型叶片生产新工艺。本文对原JY129孔型系统生产的129叶片进行定量剖析中找出症结所在,有针对性选择
