增强文化传播能力推动中原城市发展——以河南为例浅析区域经济发展中文化要素的传播策略

城市文化和城市形象是城市发展的内外推动力,有效利用媒介传播,提升城市整体文化形象,是推动城市发展、构建城市软实力的重要举措。在文化强省战略指导下,河南整体文化形象已取得了较大提升,但是与河南丰富的历史文化资源相比,文化产业的开发利用仍存在一些有待改进的地方。河南作为中原经济区建设的核心力量,要打造“大中原”背景下的文化品牌系列,有必要培育一个以河南为区域文化中心的中部文化产业核心区,实施区域文化联动战略,而这个联动平台有必要依靠充分、合理的媒介传播策略来搭建。 Urban culture and urban image are the internal and external driving forces for urban development. Effective use of media to promote the overall cultural image of the city is an important measure to promote urban development and build urban soft power. Under the strategic guidance of the province with strong culture, the overall cultural image of Henan Province has been greatly improved. However, compared with the rich historical and cultural resources in Henan Province, there are still some areas for improvement in the development and utilization of cultural industries. As a core force in the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone, Henan should create a series of cultural brands under the background of “Greater Central Plains.” It is necessary to cultivate a core area of ​​culture in Central China with Henan as the regional cultural center and implement a strategy of regional cultural linkage. Linkage platform is necessary to rely on full and reasonable media communication strategy to build.
