企业之间的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,因此,挖掘企业内部的人力资源,充分利用各种培训机制,进一步提高人员素质,使人才不断涌现、成熟,是提高企业整体素质、在激烈的市场竞争中获胜的重要保证。目前绝大多数企业都在实行岗前培训,持证上岗制度,但是这种岗前的职业培训不能一劳永逸地满足企业发展的需要,职业继续教育显得越来越重要。
