一台195T型柴油机在保养机油集滤器时更换机油后,作业2天就发生了烧瓦事故。拆检发现,是机手在安装集滤器时,漏装了集滤器管与机体连接处的铜垫。刚开始时,由于其过滤阻力较小,空气不易进入机油油路。但是工作一段时间后,集滤器变脏,增加了过滤阻力,空气就从漏装的铜垫处进入油路,使机油泵不能吸油或吸油较少,导致烧瓦。装上铜垫后,故障排除。
