本文提出了将凸轮机构的一个工作循环作为周期(通常为2π)时,以运动周期内停歇区段或匀速区段的许可偏差为优化目标,综合出由有限项谐函数组成的运动方程。可大大减少凸轮机构高速运动时的振动。
In this paper, we propose to take a work cycle of a cam mechanism as a period (usually 2π), with the objective of optimizing the allowable deviations of the stopping section or the constant speed section in the moving cycle, and then to synthesize the equations of motion consisting of the finite-element harmonic functions. Can greatly reduce the vibration of cam mechanism at high speed.
