江泽民同志在党的十五届五中全会上的重要讲话中指出,现在,在工作作风方面存在的问题,群众反映最大的是两个,一是形式主义,二是官僚主义。这必须引起全党上下的高度重视,必须痛下决心把这两股歪风刹住,越快越好。这既是对全党同志特别是各级领导干部的重要警示,又是在即将跨入新世纪时对全党上下的殷切期望。我们必须以“三个代表”重要思想为武器,下大力气反对形式主义和官僚主义.以崭新的精神面貌和优良的工作作风迈向新世纪。
In his important speech at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, Comrade Jiang Zemin pointed out: Nowadays, there are two problems with regard to work style. The masses have the two highest reactions. One is formalism and the other is bureaucratism. This must arouse the great attention of all levels of the party and must make pains to stop the two unhealthy trends as fast as possible. This not only serves as an important warning to all comrades in the party, especially leading cadres at all levels, but also ardently expects all members of the Party at the threshold of the new century. We must take the important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ as a weapon and vigorously oppose formalism and bureaucratism. With a new spiritual outlook and a good work style, we must move towards a new century.
