目的:探讨医疗失效模式与效应分析(HFMEA)规范预防跌倒的流程,以减少护理风险,降低住院患者跌倒发生率。方法:应用医疗失效模式与效应分析方法,分析康复患者发生跌倒的主要原因,找到潜在的失效模式,计算危急值,制定改进措施。结果:实施HFMEA模式后住院患者跌倒发生率及危急值较实施前降低。结论:应用医疗失效模式与效应分析方法对康复患者跌倒全过程进行系统分析,制定改进措施并实施,能减少跌倒发生率,提高护理质量。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the procedures of prevention of falls by the Medical Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (HFMEA) to reduce the risk of nursing and reduce the incidence of falls in hospitalized patients. Methods: By applying the medical failure mode and effect analysis method, the main causes of falls in rehabilitation patients were analyzed, the potential failure modes were found, the critical value was calculated, and the improvement measures were formulated. Results: The incidence of falls and the critical value of inpatients after implementing HFMEA mode were lower than those before implementation. Conclusion: The medical failure mode and effect analysis method are used to systematically analyze the whole process of falls in rehabilitation patients and to make improvement measures and implement them, which can reduce the incidence of falls and improve the nursing quality.
