我院自1989年1月至1995年12月,应用JT-ESWLⅠ型水浴式双球管X线定位体外震波碎石机(上海交通大学生产)治疗输尿管结石579例,取得满意的效果,现报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料:579例中,男394例,女185例。年龄6～68岁,平均37.5岁。结石位于左侧273例,右侧302例,双侧4例。合并同侧或对侧肾内有单发或多发结石者11例。结石位于输尿管上段者199例,中段者167例,下段者213例;输尿管内多发结石5例,阴性结石4例。病程1天～3年。结石大小
Our hospital from January 1989 to December 1995, the application of JT-ESWL Ⅰ-type water bath double-tube X-ray positioning external shock wave lithotripsy (Shanghai Jiao Tong University production) treatment of 579 cases of ureteral calculi, and achieved satisfactory results, the report as follows. Clinical data First, the general information: 579 cases, 394 males and 185 females. Age 6 to 68 years, an average of 37.5 years old. The stones were located in the left side of 273 cases, right side of 302 cases, bilateral in 4 cases. 11 cases with single or multiple stones in the ipsilateral or contralateral kidney. There were 199 cases of stones located in the upper ureter, 167 cases in the middle section, 213 cases in the lower section, 5 cases of multiple ureteral calculi and 4 cases of negative stones.
