寄生在人体的疱疹病毒群内的EB涎腺病毒和单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)已被认为可能为肿瘤的病原。 HSV大多数为隐性感染,口腔科见到的显性病毒感染为口唇疱疹、口炎等疾病。但是从无病毒感染症状者和牙周病患者的唾液中分离出的HSV间的关系如阿?则少报道。作者从神奈川齿科大学附属医院受诊者中的非手术患者180名所收集唾液中只分离出一株HSV。此外,对作手术的32名牙周病患者,从术前、术后的唾液中和手术时的龈组织中分离HSV,所得结果如下:
EB salivary adenovirus and herpes simplex virus (HSV), which are parasitized in the herpes virus of the human body, have been considered as possible pathogens of tumors. Most of the HSV is recessive infection, the dominant virus seen in stomatology is cold sore, stomatitis and other diseases. However, the relationship between HSV isolated from the saliva of patients with no viral infection and those with periodontal disease is less reported. The authors isolated only one HSV from the saliva collected from 180 nonsurgical patients admitted to Kanagawa University Hospital. In addition, HSV was isolated from preoperative and postoperative saliva and during surgical gingival tissue collection in 32 patients with periodontal disease who underwent surgery.
