内蒙古昭盟地方病防治站1979年在科左中旗,从羊标本中检出142株布氏菌。经鉴定有羊型菌69株,牛型菌73株共6个生物型见表1。对142株菌用热凝集法做变异检查,结果69株羊型菌中53株变异(76.8%),73株牛型菌中2株变异(2.7%)。羊型菌变异率如此之高,这么多牛型菌转移到羊在我区既往是没有发现过的。本所1974—1979年连续6年收到锡盟厢黄旗从羊标本中检出的106株羊型菌,传代保存至今,变异率仅为6.6%。用豚鼠脾菌数法对其中8株羊型菌和5株牛型菌反复做了27次毒力测定,均为弱毒菌。同时对羊、牛型菌各1株连续通过豚鼠5代用同样的方法进行毒力测
In 1979, Inner Mongolia Zhaomei endemic disease prevention and control station in Kezuozhongqi, from the sheep specimens detected 142 strains of brucellosis. A total of 69 sheep strains and 73 cattle strains were identified. A total of 142 isolates were detected by thermal agglutination.
