目的:为了解全县现阶段居民碘盐食用情况,及时发现问题并采取相应措施,保障全县人民食用合格碘盐及了解合格碘盐的使用率,有效预防碘缺乏病的发生。方法:根据《全国碘盐检测方案》,对居民户的碘盐进行随机抽查和结果判定。结果:全县碘盐覆盖率为97.64%,全县合格碘盐使用率为91.40%。结论:本地居民基本实现食用合格碘盐的目标。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the current situation of iodized salt consumption of residents in the county, find out the problems in time and take appropriate measures to ensure that the people in the county can consume the qualified iodized salt and understand the utilization rate of qualified iodized salt so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of iodine deficiency deficiency. Methods: According to the “national iodized salt testing program”, random sampling of household iodized salt and determination of the results. Results: The coverage of iodized salt in the county was 97.64%, and the utilization rate of qualified iodized salt in the county was 91.40%. Conclusion: The local residents basically achieve the goal of eating qualified iodized salt.
