目的:观察中西医结合治疗绿脓杆菌性角膜炎的疗效。方法:16例患者均采用清肝泻肺、祛风解毒之石决明散合千金苇茎汤加减治疗,每天1剂,水煎服;并配合抗生素局部和全身应用。结果:16例患者治愈15例,占93.75%;好转1例,占6.25%。结论:中西医结合治疗绿脓杆菌性角膜炎能迅速控制病情,缩短病程,提高疗效。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on Pseudomonas aeruginosa keratitis. Methods: All the 16 patients were treated with Qingganxiefei and Qufengming detoxification combined with Qianjinwei Stem Decoction. One dose of Shuijin Stem Decoction and Shuijianbi were administered daily, and the combination of topical and systemic application of antibiotics. Results: 16 patients were cured in 15 cases, accounting for 93.75%; 1 improved, accounting for 6.25%. Conclusion: Integrative treatment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa keratitis can quickly control the disease, shorten the course of disease and improve the curative effect.
