2013年6月18日在党的群众路线教育实践活动工作会议上,习近平同志强调:新时期实践群众路线是党的十八大既定目标得以实现的坚强保证,要集中解决党和政府内存在的“四风”问题,即形式主义之风、官僚主义之风、享乐主义之风和奢靡之风。这是当前群众深恶痛疾的首要问题,也是严重阻碍党和政府施信于民的最大障碍。作为政府代表的公职人员无法施信于民,也就无从谈起于民施政。所以,在现实环境下重新审视群众路线并探究其实现路径,尤为迫切。
On June 18, 2013, at a work conference on the practice of education in the mass line of the Party, Comrade Xi Jinping emphasized: To practice the mass line in the new period is a firm guarantee that the stated goal of the 18th CPC National Congress will be realized. We should concentrate on solving the problems existing in the party and the government “Four Winds ” issue, namely formalism style, bureaucratic style, hedonistic style and extravagant style. This is the primary issue that the masses now hate and hate. It is also the biggest obstacle that seriously impedes the party and the government from giving credence to the people. As public officials who represent the government can not trust the people, it is impossible to talk about the people’s administration. Therefore, it is particularly urgent to re-examine the mass line and explore its path of realization under real conditions.
