目的：早期诊断人工流产术后并发的子宫颈粘连，减少误诊。方法：总结２４例子宫颈粘连患者的临床表现，行辅助检查及子宫腔探查。结果：人工流产术后２５～６４ｄ出现突发性下腹疼痛，２１例行子宫探针检查，均治愈。３例误诊为宫外孕而行剖腹探查。结论：人工流产术后腹痛有子宫颈粘连的可能，应及时行子宫腔探查，以防误诊。
OBJECTIVE: To diagnose cervical adhesions complicated with induced abortion early and reduce misdiagnosis. Methods: The clinical manifestations of 24 patients with cervical adhesions were summarized, and assisted examination and uterine cavity exploration were performed. Results: Abdominal abdominal pain occurred in 25 ~ 64 days after induced abortion, and 21 cases were diagnosed by uterine probe. All cases were cured. 3 cases misdiagnosed as ectopic pregnancy and laparotomy. Conclusion: Abdominal pain after induced abortion may have cervical adhesions, uterine cavity exploration should be promptly to prevent misdiagnosis.
