人口较少民族聚居地区农村最低生活保障分析——基于对我国3个人口较少民族自治县的调查

通过对贡山县、兰坪县和环江县的调查,发现人口较少民族聚居地区的农村最低生活保障存在救助标准低、地方财政压力大、人口较少民族群众不太满意等问题。对于这些问题,建议采取扶持人口较少民族政策、提升农村最低生活保障的救助标准、加大中央和省级财政对农村最低生活保障的支持力度等措施来加以解决。

Through the investigation of Gongshan County, Lanping County and Huanjiang County, it was found that the lowest living standard of rural residents living in areas with fewer nationalities inhabited has the problems of low standard of aid, large local financial pressure and less satisfied with the population. For these problems, it is suggested to take measures to support the policy of fewer ethnic groups with fewer population, raise the minimum standard of living assistance in rural areas, and increase the support from the central and provincial governments for guaranteeing the minimum living standard in rural areas.
