目的 :采用反相高效液相色谱法测定二陈丸中橙皮苷的含量。方法 :色谱柱为HypersilBDSC8柱 (10 μm) ,流动相为乙腈 - 8%醋酸水溶液 (17∶83) ,流速 1 0mL·min-1,柱温 40℃ ,检测波长 2 84nm ,外标峰面积法定量。结果 :橙皮苷的进样量在 0 0 2~ 2 0 0 μg范围内 ,与峰面积有良好的线性关系 (r =0 9999) ;精密度RSD为 0 83 % ;平均加样回收率为 10 0 1%。结论 :该方法简便 ,结果可靠 ,可以有效地用于二陈丸的质量控制。
Objective : To determine the content of hesperidin in Erchen Pill by RP-HPLC. Methods: The column was Hypersil BDSC8 column (10 μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile-8% acetic acid aqueous solution (17:83), the flow rate was 10 mL·min-1, the column temperature was 40°C, the detection wavelength was 2 84nm, the external standard peak area method Quantitative. RESULTS: The injection amount of hesperidin was in the range of 0 0 2 to 200 μg, and there was a good linear relationship with the peak area (r = 0 9999); the precision RSD was 83%; the average recovery was 10 0 1%. Conclusion : This method is simple and reliable. It can be used effectively in the quality control of Erchen Pill.
