1、前言激光技术是六十年代发展起来的崭新科学。它是由激光器里的特定物质激发后,发射出来的具有高能量光束。对植物有光、热、光压和电磁等效应,可影响植物的代谢活动,能够引起植物染色体变异,并有改变树木生长发育特性的作用。为了克服泡桐怕水湿、主干低、尖削度大等不良特性,1977年我们采用了氮-氖激光处理毛泡桐种子,进行育苗;1978年将1977年经过处理有明显变异的植株,按株系进行无性繁殖,另外又用氦-氖激光和氮分子激光处理毛泡桐种子、白花桐种子和种根,育苗0.5亩,盆栽45盆,收到了较好效果。简述如下:
