个人小档案张锋,北京工业大学毕业后,在某知名美国企业驻京办事处工作,随后赴加拿大五年,从事市场销售工作,千禧年左右回国.加盟宝新集团。担纲主持东方银座项目的前期定位.前期策划、前期商业招商、前期销售、项目推广、住宅销售、写字楼招租等方面的工作,从此踏上了商业地产运营之路。现在望京国际商业中心承担起项目前期定位、项目规划、商户招商、商户开业、推广宣传.住宅销售等方面的工作。目前.望京国际商业中心已经成为“立足望京、辐射京东”的新城商业标签,商业气息和商业氛围日趋浓厚,朝庭公寓也已经销售50%以上。
