河北新乐县中医院(050700)谢正平、秦国进、李占良报道:应用自拟通络解毒汤治疗小腿慢性溃疡27例,疗效满意。通络解毒汤药物组成:金银花、蒲公英、当归、赤芍、川牛膝、生地黄、紫花地丁、丹参各30克;红花、川芎各15克;木通、通草各12克,丝瓜络20克。湿盛加薏苡仁、苍术各10克,寒重加桂枝12克,肾虚加川断、杜仲各15克。外用三七膏(红升丹9克,煅石膏24克,乳香、血竭各9克。各研极细末调匀,加70%凡士林制成软膏备
