在信息化时代背景下,财经教育教学一方面对于优质网络教育资源的需求非常大,另一方面在财经教育教学中很多理论需要用计算机技术手段进行高效利用。但是由于各学校、各地区的财经学校教育教学有着相对独立的教育教学信息化管理系统,很难形成一个公认的公用的实践体系,而且地区间计算机设备和技术资源的情况受到地区经济等的限制,无法在财经理论教学中利用计算机技术等信息化手段扩大有效教学,其中管理机制等的建设显得尤为重要。
