在“十一五”期间,我国安防企业规模有了长足的发展,特别可喜的是行业中骨干企业组织实施了有效的资本运作,使企业规模和实力都得到了跨越式的发展,这是行业巨大的进步。这些先行者,为行业发展起到了巨大的引导作用。产业发展的最高阶段,不是产品研发,也不是制造与销售,更不是工程集成,而是资本的集中化发展。当产业资本与金融资本高度融合的时候,市场集中度就逐步提高,并形成新形式的产业竞争与分配格局,在这过程中,资本起着非常重要的作用。
