分析了近年来铁路财务会计工作的主要任务和目标后,认为铁路部门应该统一认识,坚定信心共同努力,从而确保铁路部门全年经营目标的有效实现。所以最主要的就是强化资金管理制度,强化会计信息化工作和财务监管等。这样才能确保铁路跨越式发展对资金的需求。而且铁路部门的发展前提是要对铁路财务体质的不断改革的发展。这样才能跟上社会经济发展的脚步。
After analyzing the main tasks and targets of the railway financial accounting in recent years, the author thinks that the railway departments should unite their understanding, strengthen their confidence and work together so as to ensure the effective realization of the annual railway business objectives. Therefore, the most important thing is to strengthen the fund management system, strengthen accounting information work and financial supervision. Only in this way can we ensure that the leap-forward development of railways needs capital. Moreover, the prerequisite for the development of the railway sector is the continuous reform of the financial structure of the railway. Only in this way can we keep up with the pace of social and economic development.
