随着“以人为本”的医疗服务模式的转变,护理人员逐步加深了对护患沟通交流的认识。我科门诊自2000年10月至2001年3月分阶段对200例门诊候诊病人进行了问卷调查,并提出了相应对策,现将调查结果报告如下。
With the transformation of the “people-oriented” medical service model, nursing staff gradually deepened their understanding of nurse-patient communication. In our department from October 2000 to March 2001, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 200 outpatients waiting for treatment in stages and put forward corresponding countermeasures. Now we report the investigation results as follows.
