食管癌患者在围术期会产生较强的应激反应,自我护理能力差,影响手术的顺利进行和术后康复[1]。因此,了解食管癌患者围术期的需求,给予针对性信息支持非常必要。本研究旨在探讨针对性信息支持对食管癌患者预防术后并发症知识缺乏的影响,以期为临床护士对食管癌患者如何进行健康指导提供科学依据。
Esophageal cancer patients in the perioperative period will have a strong stress response, poor self-care, affecting the smooth operation and postoperative rehabilitation [1]. Therefore, to understand the needs of perioperative esophageal cancer patients, give targeted information support is necessary. This study aimed to explore the impact of targeted information on the prevention of postoperative complications in patients with esophageal cancer, in order to provide a scientific basis for clinical nurses how to conduct health guidance for patients with esophageal cancer.
