《五年制中学数学教学大纲》和课本,自1978年秋试行以来,至今已有四年。它在十年浩劫后结束中学数学教学的无政府状态和实用主义方面,起到了应有的历史作用。但通过最近几年来的实践,也发现有不少问题,因此修改原大纲使之符合当前我国教学实际已是人心所向,势在必行。读了贵刊发表的《全日制六年制重点中学数学教学大纲(草案)》(征求意见稿)(以下简称“意见稿”)和张孝达同志关于(意见稿)的“几点说明”(以下简称“说明”),感到高兴。
The five-year high school mathematics syllabus and textbooks have been in force since autumn 1978 and have been in use for four years. It ended the anarchy and pragmatism of mathematics teaching in middle school after the ten years of catastrophe, and played a due historical role. However, through the practice in recent years, it has also been found that there are many problems.
