多年来，经费紧张一直困绕着卫生防疫部门，本人从事卫生防疫财务工作多年，现就卫生防疫部门如何深化改革，尽快走出经费紧张困境谈点个人看法。1经济现状分析1．1财政投入严重不足。卫生防疫部门全额预算管理单位，理应全额拨足经费，但从我站近三年来人头经费的拔款情况看：
